Then she moved on to the footballs, which she decided weren’t see through like the beads. We often incorporate scented items into our sensory bins, so she decided to see if this one smelled good. First she talked about the color-correctly identified as FSU gold! Then she realized it was see through, so she spent some time looking at it through the light. ![]() ![]() Watching her do this is one of my favorite parts of introducing a new sensory bin. Then she started her usual routine of closely examining each of the elements in the bin. Tinker was excited to dive right in.įirst she explored the sensation of digging through the beans and feeling them on her hands. Last Monday was our first game of the season, so I set up this bin as an invitation to play earlier that day.
